- Any message or details you add about your visit
We also store your cookie-consent choice in your browser. We do not collect payment or card details, because no payments are taken on this website.
3. How we use your data and our legal basis
We use your data solely to respond to your enquiry, arrange and confirm your appointment, and send you an invoice afterwards. Our lawful bases are:

- Legitimate interests (UK GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)) — to reply to and manage your enquiry.

4. Cookies
This site uses functional storage only: we save your cookie-consent preference in your browser so we do not ask again. We do not use tracking, advertising or third-party analytics cookies. You can withdraw consent at any time by clearing your browser storage.
5. Sharing your data
We never sell or rent your personal data. We share it only where necessary with the email service provider we use to receive and reply to your enquiry, and where we are legally required to do so. We do not transfer your data outside the UK or European Economic Area unless an appropriate safeguard is in place.
6. How long we keep your data
We keep your data only as long as necessary for the purpose it was collected. Enquiry data is normally retained for up to 12 months unless you become a client, in which case we keep service and invoice records as required by law (typically up to 6 years for accounting purposes). After that it is securely deleted.

- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten")
