These terms set out the basis on which KAESTHETICS BY KELSEY JADE LTD ("we", "us", "our") provides its hair, beauty and barbering services and on which you use this website. By submitting an enquiry you agree to these terms.

2. Our services

We provide women's hair cutting, colour and balayage, and men's cutting, fades and beard work, delivered in person at our salon in Brough, East Yorkshire. Every new service begins with a consultation so we can confirm the right approach for you.

3. No online payment

No payments are taken on this website. There is no checkout, basket or card processing here. The contact form is used only to make an enquiry. After your booking is confirmed, we issue an invoice to you directly, and payment terms are stated on that invoice.

4. Bookings and consultations

Appointments are arranged directly with Kelsey by email or phone following your enquiry. A booking is only confirmed once we have replied to confirm the date, time and service. Prices shown on the site are starting ("from") guides in GBP and are confirmed at your consultation before any work begins.

5. Cancellations and rescheduling

If you need to cancel or rearrange, please give us at least 24 hours' notice so we can offer the slot to another client. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may require a deposit for future bookings.

6. Pricing

All prices are in pounds sterling (GBP). "From" prices indicate the starting price for a service; the final price depends on hair length, condition and the work agreed at your consultation. You will always be told the price before we proceed.

7. Refunds

Because services are personal and performed in person, refunds apply only to invoiced services that have not yet been carried out. If you are unhappy with a service, please tell us within 7 days and we will do our best to put it right. This does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

8. Liability

We carry out all services with reasonable care and skill. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for reactions arising from undisclosed allergies or medical conditions — please tell us about these before your appointment. Nothing in these terms limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, and your statutory rights are unaffected.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
